Obligations of the manufacturer
Article 4 - paragraph 7 and paragraph 9
(7) Manufacturers shall ensure that the toy is accompanied by instructions and safety information in Croatian language, written in Latin script.
(9) At the justified request of the Ministry, the manufacturer shall deliver all information and documentations necessary for proving the conformity of the toy, in Croatian language and in Latin script. At the request of the Ministry, the manufacter shall cooperate with the Ministry in every action undertaken for the purpose of removing the risks posed by the toy which the manufacturer marketed.
Obligations of the importer
Article 6 - paragraph 4 and paragraph 9
(4) Importer shall ensure that the toy is accompanied by instructions and safety information in Croatian language, written in Latin script.
(9) At the justified request of the Ministry, the importer shall deliver all information and documentations necessary for proving the conformity of the toy, in Croatian language and in Latin script. At the request of the Ministry, the importer shall cooperate with the Ministry in all actions undertaken for the purpose of removing the risks posed by the toy which the manufacturer marketed.
Obligations of the distributer
Article 7- paragraph 2
2) Prior to marketing the toy, the distributers shall check that the toy has been marked with prescribed mark of conformity, that the toy is accompanied by necessary documents, instructions and safety information in Croatian language, in Latin script, and shall check that the manufacter and importer have fullfiled the requirements from Article 4, paragraph 5 and of this Regulation, i.e. Article 6, paragraph 3 of this Regulation. Where a distributer considers or has reason to believe that a certain toy in not in conformity with the requirements from Article 10 of this Regulation and Annex II of this Regulation, the distributer shall not market the toy until its conformity is ensured. Where a toy represents a risk, the distributer shall inform the manufacturer or importer and the market surveillance authority thereof.
Warnings
Article 11 - paragraph 3
3) Pursuant to Article 4, paragraph 7 of this Regulation, warnings and instructions must be written in Croatian and in Latin script.
EU Declaration of Conformity
Article 11- paragraph 2
(2) EU Declaration of Conformity must contain at least the elements from Annex III of this Regulation and appropriate modules from Annex II Of the Decision no. 768/2008/EC and must be regularly updated. EU Declaration of Conformity must contain the elements listed in Annex III of this Regulation which is printed with this Regulation and is an integral part of this Regulation and it must be translated to Croatian language and Latin script.
EU type-examination
Article 19- paragraph 5
(5) Technical documentation and official letters related to the EU type-examination shall be made in Croatian language and Latin script, i.e. in official language of the EU member state in which the conformity assessment body is registered or in a language which the examination body deems acceptable.

Article 20 - paragraph 2 and 3.
2) Technical documentation from paragraph 1 of this article must be written in Croatian language and Latin script or in one of the official languages of the EU member state in accordance with Article 19, paragraph 5 of this Regulation.
(3) At the justified request of the Ministry, the manufacturer shall deliver to the Ministry a translation of requested parts of technical documentation, in Croatian language and in Latin script. Where the Ministry request technical documentation or translation of the parts of the technical documentation from the manufacturer, the Ministry may set a time limit of 30 days for delivery of such documents i.e. translations, unless a shorter time limit is justified due to presence of serious and immediate risk.
