• Food suction tubes

Main requirements that the business user needs to know about

Article 75

Food suction tubes can be made using synthetic materials or straw.

Tubes from paragraph 1 of this article made from synthetic materials must be made of material which meets the requirements set out in articles 32 through 71 of this Regulation.

Tubes from paragraph 1 of this article made from straw must not be contaminated with moulds and spores and must also meet other hygienic requirements.

Tubes from paragraph 1 of this article must be packaged so that they cannot be contaminated.

Article 76

Layer of material which is used as thermal insulation in refrigerators and refrigeration devices used for transports of refrigerated and deep-frozen food must be completely protected with impermeable material.

Synthetic materials used to clad the inside of the refrigerators and refrigeration devices from paragraph 1 of these articles must be odourless and must conform with the requirements set out by provisions of articles 32 to 71 of this Regulation.
