Requirements laid down in Directive 2000/14/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 8 May 2000 on the approximation of the laws of the Member States relating to the noise emission in the environment by equipment for use outdoors (OJ L 162, 03/07/2000)

Declaration of Conformity

Article 8 - paragraph 3

For the equipment for use outdoors which is placed on the market or put into service in the teritorry of the Republic of Croatia it is necessary to provide a declaration of conformity in Croatian language and Latin script.

Article 8 - paragraph 2 of the Directive 2000/14/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 8 May 2000 on the approximation of the laws of the Member States relating to the noise emission in the environment by equipment for use outdoors (OJ L 162, 03/07/2000) lays down that a member state may request that the declaration of conformity by made in or translated to an official language or official languages of teh Community specified by the member state if the equipment is being placed on the market or put into service on its territory.
