Article 6
Information given in the product notification must be written using latin script in Croatian language, with legible, visible and non-erasable letters.
Information given in the product notification on the detergent intended for sale to the consumers must not be in the form a graphical representation of food which could mislead the consumer regarding the use of liquid products.
Article 11
paragraph 5 and 6 of the Regulation (EC) No 648/2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 31 March 2004 on detergents (OJ L 104 of 8 April 2004) lays down an option for labeling using national language and prescribing provisions regarding the misleading of customers.
